Aimee has a passion for building vibrant, healthy communities and brings to CHP more than 20 years experience in community development. She has served in professional, elected and appointed positions in local government, driving innovation and partnership to solve challenging community problems. Most recently, she has successfully led regional initiatives to prevent and end homeless. Aimee has a MA in Sociology and effectively uses both data and community engagement to address the social, economic, and environmental factors that influence health.

Tracey Haas, DO, MPH

Tracey Haas, DO, MPH has been a board-certified family physician for the past 12 years.  Prior to joining CHP, she was the Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of DocbookMD, a healthcare communication software company, for 8 years. Always with a focus on helping underserved populations, she has worked with several non-profits – both locally and internationally.  She studied medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, she completed a Diploma of Tropical Medicine in 2006 and a Masters in Public Health in 2012 with a Global Health concentration. She is active in the El Paso County Medical Society and serves on their Executive Board.

Janet C. Winger, MBA, CPA

Janet is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Accounting.  As an executive with extensive commercial and federal health plan experience, she has championed and implemented effective programs in process/performance improvement, project management, data analysis, strategic budgeting and planning, procedure development, and regulatory compliance.
