John (he/him) joined Community Health Partnership with over 15 years of operations and managerial experience with The Melting Pot Restaurants. During his tenure with The Melting Pot brand, John traveled to multiple locations across the United States to address operational issues and implement strategies to improve operations, cultivate culture, and create a strong foundation for future success. He has built lasting relationships through ongoing marketing efforts, helping to increase brand awareness. As Vice Chair of the Melting Pot’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, he dedicated his time to promoting a more diverse and inclusive workplace environment through workplace training.
Having lost loved ones and witnessing the devastating impact of the Club Q tragedy on our community, he’s shifting his career to advocacy and support. Originally from New York, John lived in Michigan and Missouri before settling in Colorado Springs. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, working out, cooking, and spending time with close friends and family.
