Jessica is a Washington State native with a strong background in health science, operations, and project management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Science and a Master’s in Health Promotion from the University of Colorado–Colorado Springs.

Before joining CHP, Jessica served as an Office Coordinator, where she led initiatives in administration, operations, and team management. Her experience spans community health promotion, research and data analysis, education, and health coaching—bringing a well-rounded and evidence-informed perspective to her work. She approaches challenges through a holistic lens, always focused on designing sustainable, people-centered solutions that improve health outcomes and empower communities.

Jessica is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive environments where individuals feel seen, supported, and connected. Known for her collaborative approach, strategic thinking, and commitment to building meaningful relationships, she thrives in spaces that value both innovation and empathy.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, while discovering the beautiful Colorado hikes and scenic drives.
