Health & Housing Roadshow

JUNE 18TH
10:00AM – 12:00PM
Penrose House Garden Pavilion
1661 Mesa Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO

Across the state it is getting harder to find an affordable home for all types of Coloradans—renters, owners, families, and those with unique needs. Home is connected to health, making it nearly impossible to maintain good health without safe, stable, and quality housing.

On June 18th from  10:00AM – 12:00PM at the Penrose House Garden Pavilion, Community Health Partnership is co-hosting a conversation about the relationship between housing and health with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) and their partners at the Colorado Fiscal Institute and the Colorado Center on Law and Policy. This conversation is targeted toward influencers in local and state government, hospital systems, public health, social service agencies, criminal justice, and law enforcement among others. There will be a second meeting in the evening to speak directly with people with lived experience in unstable housing.

Gov. Polis recently signed into law several bills to expand the resources available for affordable housing across Colorado. Information gained from the sessions hosted by CCH will be used to inform how these dollars are delivered to communities.

Please plan to attend this session or send a representative, and please share through your networks. The event is free, but please RSVP here:  Eventbrite
