  CHP provides support for a coalition of stakeholders engaged in community-centered planning to transform the way the Pikes Peak region addresses behavioral health care needs.
  Suicide Prevention
  CHP serves as the backbone organization for a county-wide collaborative aimed at reducing suicides by 20% by the year 2024.
  
  The Teller County Mental Health Alliance, in collaboration with CHP, was awarded a two-year grant from the Colorado Springs Health Foundation to develop a collective impact infrastructure to address suicide prevention in Teller County.
